Studio33 (“we”, “us”) operates s33.design. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only.
Information we collect
We collect personal information only when you choose to send it to us:
- Get in Touch form: your name, phone number, email address, city and locality, and the project details you provide.
- Join form: your name, phone number, email address, the role you apply for, and any portfolio link or files you upload.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
How we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry or application, to assess a possible project or role, and to contact you about it. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
How it is stored and who has access
Form submissions are sent directly to our own systems and are accessible only to Studio33 staff who need them to reply. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; the map embedded on our contact page is served by Google Maps; and email we exchange with you is handled through our email provider. These providers process data on our behalf as part of delivering the site and our correspondence.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page visits without cookies and without collecting personal information.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and application information only as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have sent us. To make a request, or if you have any question about this policy, email mail@s33.design.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
